主旨：以色列高等教育委員會與以色列科學及人文院提供2023年博士後研究人員獎助金，請查照並轉知所屬。
說明：
一、依據科技部駐以色列科技組電子郵件辦理。
二、以色列高等教育委員會( C o u n c i l f o r H i g h e rEducation)與以色列科學及人文院(Israel Academy ofSciences and Humanities)提供2023年博士後研究人員獎助金(Excellence Fellowship Program in Israel for O u t s t a n d i n g I n t e r n a t i o n a l P o s t d o c t o r a lR e s e a r c h e r s ) ：
(一)申請時間：即日起至2022年10月1日截止。
(二)申請對象：限畢業四年內之博士且非以色列公民。申請人應先自行連繫以色列指導教授取得該校博後職位承諾，並限以下以色列大學(按字母順序排列)：
１、Ariel University
２、Bar-Ilan University
３、Ben-Gurion University
４、Hebrew University of Jerusalem
５、Open University of Israel
６、Reichman University
７、Technion-Israel Institute of Technology
８、Tel Aviv University
９、University of Haifa
１０、Weizmann Institute of Science.
(三)研究領域：科學、技術、工程(STEM: S c i e n c e s ,T e c h n o l o g y , E n g i n e e r i n g a n d M a t h ) 、人文( H u m a n i t i e s ) 及社會科學( S o c i a l S c i e n c e s ) 。
(四)補助額度：每年補助16萬以色列幣(約139萬台幣)。
(五)補助年限：為期兩年，自2023年10月1日起開始，最早可提前自2023年6月開始。

2023年1月15日前公告。
